Return and exchange policy
All requests for returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt and the product must be new, unused, and contain all original packaging and accessories.
Returns
To make a return, check your packing slip to confirm which vendor shipped your product, then fill out the return form on the back of the packing slip enclosed with your order.

Did you receive an incorrect or damaged item?
Please contact Customer Service to return the product at our expense. A replacement product will be provided, or you may request a credit to the credit card used to purchase the product.
Exchanges
To exchange unused or defective products bought from Akal Aid store, you must contact Customer Service at customerservice@akalaid.orgor 1-855-252-5243. They will contact you within 2-4 business days with further instructions.
What if I don’t have my original packing slip?
You can print a copy of your order confirmation sent in the email and enclose it with a return form noting the return authorization number provided by customer service.
How do I check the status of my return or exchange?
Once we receive your return items, please allow up to 5-10 business days for your refund to be issued. If you have any questions regarding the status of your refund, contact Customer Service at customerservice@akalaid.orgor 1-855-252-5243 after the 10 business day waiting period has elapsed.
